Evelyn Pacitti

Evelyn Pacitti (she/her) is an electromagnetic physicist turned wellbeing technologist. After 3.5 burnouts in 18 years of engineering — she had a choice: quit or find another way.

Her answer: Awesome Tuning™ — a feedback loop for building a life and business that works for you, not against you. She uses ICF-certified coaching to replenish energy and find clarity. Then together we build infrastructure around how you actually operate, rather than how you think you should.

Her fluff-free style has been sought out by organizations like Uber and ASML, as well as pragmatic dreamers who are done playing by the rules that no longer support them. The goal was never more productivity, but having the space and energy to do more awesome things.

Dr. Chelsea Hetherington

Chelsea Hetherington has a PhD in developmental psychology, which basically means she’s spent years studying how humans learn, adapt, and yes, experiment. Turns out that’s pretty useful when your whole business is one giant ongoing experiment!

She’s an ICF-certified coach and thinking partner for solopreneurs who are deep in the messy middle of building a business. Chelsea helps people stop treating every decision like a pass/fail test and start using the data they’re already generating to make decisions and turn ideas into action. She’s also very much figuring it out in real time herself, so this isn’t advice from someone who has it all together. Promise!
