Meet Your Host

Sarah Bowser

Sarah Bowser is that weird, nerdy mom. The one who always struggled with keeping her shit together – putting up a great facade on the outside, dealing with utter chaos on the inside. Struggling with anxiety, guilt, and fear of what others would think if they knew just how much of a mess she was, she was able to put together her own system to calm the chaos, conquer the Everest-sized mountain of to-dos, and gain confidence in herself and her abilities.

She’s now a “get your shit together” coach and published author who helps quirky and distracted individuals struggling with their own shame, anxiety, and guilt about all the chaos they have going on, get their shit together, get their time back, and start to feel confident in who they are.

Dr. Chelsea Hetherington

Your Business is an Experiment (And That’s a Good Thing)

Chelsea Hetherington has a PhD in developmental psychology, which basically means she’s spent years studying how humans learn, adapt, and yes, experiment. Turns out that’s pretty useful when your whole business is one giant ongoing experiment!

She’s an ICF-certified coach and thinking partner for solopreneurs who are deep in the messy middle of building a business. Chelsea helps people stop treating every decision like a pass/fail test and start using the data they’re already generating to make decisions and turn ideas into action. She’s also very much figuring it out in real time herself, so this isn’t advice from someone who has it all together. Promise!

Christina Larocco

Your Brain Needs a Playground, Not a Prison: Forward Movement for ND Writers

Christina Larocco is a developmental editor and book coach who works with research-driven nonfiction writers navigating complex material—and the equally complex realities of attention, energy, and overwhelm.

As editor-in-chief of the Pennsylvania Magazine of History and Biography, she spent more than a decade working with scholars, professionals, and subject-matter experts. Her work focuses on helping writers move from accumulation to clarity: defining scope, making structural decisions, and shaping manuscripts that can sustain both depth and momentum.

She specializes in helping writers who think deeply, get pulled in many directions, and occasionally find themselves stuck in the gap between what they know and what they can actually produce. Her approach emphasizes small, structured experiments that make it easier to re-enter the work—no forcing yourself to “just do it” required.

She is the author of two traditionally published books and is currently working on a third.

Danielle Sullivan

In looking for resources for neurodivergent parents, she found very little and began producing the “Neurodiverging Podcast” to develop and offer resources for others like her, who have kids like hers. She later founded Neurodiverging Coaching, an equity-centered coaching platform for neurodivergent people. Danielle lives near Denver, Colorado.

Erika is drawn to practices that combine left and right brain – logic and wonder – like Internal Family Systems. A late-in-life realization about how impactful ADHD has been on their life has also led to a passion for learning about ADHD and neurodivergence, and supporting clients to heal from internalized ableism and embrace their brains exactly as they are.

Evelyn Pacitti

Let Chaos Reign

Evelyn Pacitti (she/her) is an electromagnetic physicist turned wellbeing technologist. After 3.5 burnouts in 18 years of engineering — she had a choice: quit or find another way.

Her answer: Awesome Tuning™ — a feedback loop for building a life and business that works for you, not against you. She uses ICF-certified coaching to replenish energy and find clarity. Then together we build infrastructure around how you actually operate, rather than how you think you should.

Her fluff-free style has been sought out by organizations like Uber and ASML, as well as pragmatic dreamers who are done playing by the rules that no longer support them. The goal was never more productivity, but having the space and energy to do more awesome things.
