Pippa Parfait (she/they) is a coach and mentor for ADHD and Autistic business owners, and cofounder of Disobedient Business® Co. alongside eldest sprog Lucy Parfait. After escaping corporate and public sector leadership boxes, she retrained as a coach and is late-diagnosed AuDHD.
Pippa blends strategy, systems and geekery with vibes, inventive swears and an 80s reference. She creates a supportive space to rebuild self-trust and map practical next steps. Fair warning: if she says “lovingly,” a big dose of real talk is coming. Coaching is open and capacity-mindful, with clear priorities, simple plans, and kind accountability that fits real life.
